At One Stop Dry Eye Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear and accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain eye care products may be subject to restricted return conditions.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items back into their original protective cases and shipping box, ensuring all tags and seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
